Prof. Felix Chukwuneke, a renowned oral and maxillofacial surgeon, has emerged as the new dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). Newsmen report that Chukwuneke recorded a land-slide victory at the election, which was opened for professors in the faculty on Saturday at the UNN, Enugu-Campus. University of Nigeria Nsukka Newsmen observed that the election that was peaceful was supervised by Prof. Edith Nwosu, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of UNN, Enugu-Campus. In his acceptance speech, Chukwuneke thanked the Vice-Chancellor of UNN, Prof. Chukwuma Ozumba, for giving him the opportunity to serve. He, however, assured the university community that he would move the faculty to the next level in education and research development.
